Agreement to Terms

By accessing our platform or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a harmonious and premium experience for all members of the Casa Gamma collection.

Services

• Stays: We provide luxury residential accommodations. Booking requests are subject to approval. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM unless otherwise specified.
• Care & Cleaning: Our professional cleaning services require a site assessment for first-time requests to ensure our standards are met.

Booking & Payments

All submissions through our site are "Reservation Requests." Upon submission, our concierge will review your request and contact you—typically within 15 minutes—with confirmation and payment instructions. A booking is only finalized once payment has been received and confirmed by our team.

Guest Conduct

Casa Gamma properties are sanctuaries designed for restoration. We expect all guests to respect the physical environment and the quietude of our neighborhoods. Unauthorized events or overcrowding are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nairobi.
